Scooter Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Vehicle Condition & Fuel
Before departure, the renter must check the vehicle and report any existing damage.
The scooter must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as at pickup (normal wear and tear excluded).
Please note: for logistical reasons, the vehicle may sometimes be delivered with a slightly reduced fuel level. The renter agrees to refuel before returning it, accepting any small difference, as delivery costs do not include fuel.
2. Return Time
The vehicle must be returned on the date and time stated in the rental agreement, or as otherwise agreed with our staff.
Late returns will be charged €25 per hour.
3. Accidents
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the owner by whatsapp / wechat message at: +393 465 3719
4. Rental Deposit
The owner is authorized to retain the security deposit in case of damage or other charges.
If costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance immediately.
5. Loss or Theft of Keys
In case of lost or stolen keys, the renter must report the incident to the authorities and provide the original report.
A replacement fee will be charged.
Rental fees remain due for any days the vehicle is not in use.
6. Damages or Theft
The renter is responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle and agrees to reimburse the full amount, payable by credit card or cash.
7. Authorized Use
The scooter may only be used by the renter and must not be lent or rented to third parties.
The vehicle must be driven exclusively within Italy.
8. Traffic Violations & Parking Rules
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period and must pay them directly.
Any related administrative or legal costs incurred by the company will be charged to the renter.
To avoid fines, please ask about permitted parking and traffic zones.
Access to historic centers is strictly prohibited in the municipalities of Amalfi, Atrani, Positano, and Ravello.
We strongly recommend parking only in authorized areas or garages and keeping the parking receipt.
